Mayoral/Vice Mayoral Ratings

No changes to our first ratings for Mayoral/Vice Mayoral elections. We are taking a strong look at the mayoral contests in Umatac, Merizo, and Piti where long time village voting histories and reasonably strong Democratic candidates have the potential to shift these villages from REPUBLICAN TO DEMOCRAT.
